Brighton Museum & Art Gallery is showcasing the first major UK exhibition dedicated to contemporary African fashion and we can't wait to visit!
The exhibition, Fashion Cities Africa, focuses on four compass points of the African continent – Casablanca in Morocco, Lagos in Nigeria, Nairobi in Kenya and Johannesburg in South Africa.
Fashion agents from each city have been chosen to highlight the distinct styles from each region. A selection of the best photographers, stylists, bloggers and designers are a part of the exhibition which includes couture to street style, images, film and sound. There are also a number of events that are taking place, including '2manysiblings in conversation' which we'll be attending on Saturday 18th of June.
The images below are just a snippet of what's on display.
The exhibition is on until the 8th of Jan - check it out of you get the chance!
