Do I need to pay customs fees on my order?
No. AARVEN will now cover all duties and taxes for US orders placed on or after 12th September 2025. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra once your parcel arrives.

Yes. We’ve committed to covering these charges for the long term, so you can shop with confidence knowing there are no hidden costs.
Does this apply to all products?

What happens if I placed an order before 12th September 2025?
Orders made before this date may still be subject to duties and taxes on arrival. Only orders placed on or after 12th September will be covered.
