The Water Lilies design began as our founder, Amy's, own hand-drawn illustration before making the journey from sketchbook to screen in Mohit's paper workshop on a sunny street in Jaipur.
Mohit runs one of the most carefully considered paper factories we've encountered anywhere. Three floors of skilled artisans cutting, folding, printing and stitching. Sedex certified — one of the highest standards a factory can achieve for employee rights and environmental practice. And, if you're ever lucky enough to visit, legendary lunches.
Each shade is hand-screen-printed onto FSC-certified recycled paper, then folded into its origami form by hand. The globe throws a soft, warm light that pools rather than floods — ideal for a bedroom, living room or dining room that needs atmosphere rather than brightness. The Water Lilies pattern holds its colour beautifully when lit.
