Our Handmade Jewellery | As Seen in The Times Magazine

Designed by us, our unique jewellery collections give traditional craft a contemporary edge. Handmade in collaboration with small artisan producers in Kenya and India using recycled gold-tone brass, aluminium, silver and locally sourced, sustainable materials. We have designed our jewellery to be easy to wear, timeless and fun! From our celestial charm collections to intricate animal-inspired designs to bold statement pieces. We were recently fortunate enough to have multiple pieces of our jewellery featured in The Times Magazine and thought we would share a little more about these pieces with you...

Our Kenyan Jewellery is made collaboratively between the fantastic husband and wife team, Anton and Benta as well as skilled artisans that are part of a Fair Trade social enterprise in Mombasa, Kenya. The artisans at Bombolulu Workshops in Kenya hand make all of the chains for our necklaces as well as some other well-loved pieces in our Kenyan Jewellery collection. Established in 1969 as a rehabilitation project sponsored by the Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya, this workshop is always a joy to visit. Our Indian jewellery is handmade in a small Jaipur workshop is certified by the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) a not-for-profit organisation. They are responsible for auditing businesses committed to the continuous improvement of ethical performance within their supply chains.

No matter which one of our jewellery collections you shop from, every design has started it's life in our Margate workshop. Our jewellery is made using ancient techniques such as Lost Wax Casting and every single piece is made by hand (including every individual link of chain!)
