Is AARVEN the same company as Hiro + Wolf?

Hiro + Wolf is our sister brand for pets, you'll find small Hiro + Wolf concessions in our Margate store. Please don't be alarmed if we answer the phone with "Hello Hiro + Wolf" or send you an email from their address, try as we might to keep things separate occasionally things cross over.

Yes, AARVEN is a trading name of Artisans & Adventurers Ltd. Our management and team remain the same.


Can I make changes to my online order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, our goods are sourced from around the world so we believe you should be able to buy internationally too. 

What are your shipping rates?

Orders shipping to the UK are free over £50. We also offer a range of other delivery options, please see our shipping & delivery page for more details.

How will my parcel be packaged? 

Our product bags, cards and paper are all 100% recycled. Sometimes your parcel may arrive in unexpected packaging, as we are committed to preventing landfill waste, we sometimes use recycled cardboard boxes. Learn more about our packaging here. Please recycle or reuse any of our packaging where possible.  

My parcel has received customs charges, what does this mean?

When ordering goods from AARVEN for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office before placing your order for further information.


What is your returns policy?

SHOP SALES: We can offer to exchange, refund or issue a gift note for unused, undamaged goods within 7 days of receipt that have been purchased through one of our physical stores. 

ONLINE SALES: If you would like to return an item purchased through our website you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. How do I exchange an item?

We cannot currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased to us for a refund and re-order the correct item on our website.

How do I exchange or refund a faulty item? 

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your faulty item and we will post out a pre paid envelope to you. As soon as this has been received back with us we will post out a replacement or issue a refund.

How long will it take to process my refund? 

If you require a full refund or choose replacement items of a lesser value, AARVEN will issue a refund to the card which you used to place the original order. AARVEN will send you a confirmation email to let you know when the refund takes place, usually 1-3 days from receiving the item. However please allow up to 30 days for refunds to clear, dependant on your bank.

How long will it take to process my exchange? 

Your exchange will be posted 1-3 days after having received the original. We will keep you updated by phone or e-mail during this process.
