Bring colour, texture and practicality into everyday life with AARVEN’s Ghanaian handwoven Bolga basket, a timeless piece of ethical, handmade design created for both function and style.

Handwoven from sustainably sourced veta vera grass, this structured shopper combines durability with a lightweight feel, making it ideal for everything from market trips and beach days to storage at home. The double handles are designed for a comfortable grip, while the generous size offers versatility across daily use.

The ‘Zabzugu’ colourway features a bold interplay of black and natural tones, creating a graphic yet grounded design that works effortlessly with both contemporary and relaxed interiors.

Each basket is woven by hand in northern Ghana by skilled women artisans, using techniques passed down through generations. The result is a piece that feels both functional and considered — designed to be used, carried and lived with over time.

Whether used as a shopping basket, storage solution or everyday carry-all, this is a piece that brings craftsmanship into daily routines.
