One of our signature necklaces, this elegant spike charm necklace was handmade by artisans. Polished to a gorgeous shine, this spike charm necklace was made from flesh gold-plated brass. Created using traditional crafting techniques by a talented family team in Kenya, this beautiful piece tells its own story.

The premium-quality, handmade chain is the perfect length to ensure your ethical, fair-trade charm becomes a feature of your outfit. Choose between the longer or shorter length to suit your individual style.

Our Kenyan Jewellery is crafted collaboratively between husband-and-wife Anton and Benta, as well as their skilled team of artisans in Kenya. Their sons have since joined the team, making it a fantastic family trade.

Materials: Recycled Brass

Sizing: Short Necklace With Clasp- 24.5cm Length, Long Necklace- 39cm Length, Small Spike Charm- 1cm Width x 3cm Height, Large Spike Charm- 1.5cm Width x 10cm Height.

CARE

After several uses, our brass and silver jewellery may start to tarnish slightly. Some prefer the brass when it becomes darker in tone. However, you may prefer to restore your jewellery to its original polished gold-tone. 

The best way to polish your brass jewellery is to use a brass polish, we suggest Brasso (Always follow the instructions on the bottle). If you don't have any brass polish to hand or prefer a more natural alternative, cover half a lemon in salt and rub over your jewellery until you see the tarnish starts to lift, rinse well and polish dry with a soft cloth.

Silver needs more gentle polishing with baking soda and a damp cloth.
