Bring colour, texture and everyday practicality into your home with AARVEN’s Ghanaian handwoven Bolga basket bag. A versatile and stylish basket bag with handles designed to be used and enjoyed daily.
Woven from sustainably sourced veta vera grass, this structured basket is both lightweight and durable, making it ideal for shopping, storage or carrying everyday essentials. Its generous proportions and double handles offer ease of use, whether you’re heading to the market, the beach or simply organising your home.
The ‘Aburi’ colourway features a vibrant, multi-tonal pattern, bringing a lively and expressive feel to interiors while still grounding beautifully with natural textures.
Each basket bag is handwoven by women artisans in northern Ghana, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. The result is a piece that balances function with considered design — made to be carried, styled and lived with over time. No two baskets are exactly alike, making each one a unique expression of craftsmanship.
Whether used as a shopping basket, storage solution or everyday carry-all, this is a piece that brings warmth and character into daily routines.
